After looking into all these aspects you would understand how complex is LLM application development. To take care of these we need different set of skills and it is very difficult to find all these skills in one person. If someone have all these skills then that person would be more in decision making, product visioning, solution architecting and that person would not perform any of these task directly, specially on a large size/ high value project.
