Calling an API is easy. Shipping an AI-backed workflow or product feature that survives legal review, budget scrutiny, and a bad Tuesday afternoon is not. This work sits at the intersection of models, software, data, and human judgment—and most teams need help where those threads tangle, not where a tutorial already exists.

If your question is “which model is hottest this quarter,” you do not need a consultant. If your question is what to build, how to know it works, and how to keep it working, read on.

Where this helps
#

You may be in one of these situations:

  • A pilot impressed leadership but nobody can articulate acceptance criteria for v1—or how to regress quality when prompts or models change.

Weak fit: open-ended “AI strategy” with no named workflow, or pure staff augmentation with no design or evaluation responsibility.

For portfolio-level sequencing and investment framing, AI roadmap consulting is usually the better door. If pipelines, metrics, and data platforms are the main blocker, start with data consulting—models will not fix absent foundations.

What I will not pretend
#

  • No magic model — Gains usually come from task definition, data, evaluation, and product design—not from swapping logos on the same sloppy pipeline.
  • No uncritical agent hype — Autonomous loops earn their place when guardrails, stop conditions, and accountability are explicit.
  • No black-box handoff — Artifacts and decisions live in your repos and tickets; I am not the only person who knows how the thing runs.
